Delivery is free to Mainland England and most of Scotland and Wales, extra charges apply to Scotish Highlands and British Islands usually £35.
All deliveries are based on a one man door step delivery service to a ground floor location with help required to site the appliance in the house we currently deliver to RG, SN, BA and BS postcodes by our delivery persons all other postcodes are by a courier either the Manufacturers Delivery service or Citylink.
If you require delivery to any of the UK islands then there is an additional charge of £35 which is selected as ‘FLAT RATE’ on the order process. Deliveries to UK islands is usually a set day and any dates given are estimates as these are carried out by a 3rd party courier who deliver when they receive the product.
Deliveries is Scotland are carried out by a 3rd party courier and delivery dates given are estimates only, the delivery is carried out when the courier has the stock if you are not in they will leave a card with information to rebook the delivery.
We will always aim to complete the delivery within 10 working days usually it is much quicker.
All delivery lead times quoted are an estimate and subject to the availability of the product from the manufacturer. For stock items it is usual for delivery within 3 working days, for AEG, Electrolux, Zanussi and Baumatic products that we order in from the manufacturer the delivery is usually 5/6 working days and for Hoover, Candy, De Deitrich and Fagor the delivery from the manufacturer is within 7 to 10 working days to us. All products are sent next day as soon as we receive them.
When we receive an order request we aim to arrange delivery within 2 working days this may be by email or telephone.
A4 Kitchen Appliances are members of the WEEE Distributor Take Back Scheme. This means that your old appliance can be recycled free of charge through your Local Council Amenity Site in accordance with The Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations SI2006 No. 3289. If it is more convenient we can arrange to remove and recycle your old appliance at the same time as we deliver your new appliance help maybe required. For this service there is a small transportation charge as follows. Please ring 01635 860200 option 1 to arrange this.

Please advise our sales team if you wish to take advantage of this service. All items scheduled for removal must be fully disconnected from plumbing and electrics.
We only deliver to certain areas on certain days. Please telephone prior to ordering if any particular day is difficult to accept delivery.
We can normally offer a three hour delivery slot but we can only issue this to our customers after the delivery routes have been planned usually the day before this is for our own delivery persons only, for couriers there is Tracking info available this will be emailed to you.
Please contact us after 9am on the day of the delivery for a time slot if required and please note that this is an estimated time and subject to change due to traffic and weather conditions.
If you are not yet ready to take delivery, we will store the goods at no extra charge in our warehouse until such time as delivery is convenient up to 2 weeks. All items can be ordered without the need for a delivery charge being levied if you wish to collect the goods from our Shop in Thatcham Berkshire (J13 of the M4) or Whitchurch Bristol. Deliveries are normally to be done by our own staff in our own vehicles but we may from time to time instruct the manufacturers to deliver direct to your home as our agent.
All our delivery drivers carry mobile phones and, to save you waiting in all day, we would be happy to contact you on the day of delivery by telephone half hour before we arrive. Please confirm this option by adding it to the comments in the order process and let us know which number to ring when we arrange delivery.
If you require two people for the delivery there may be an additional charge, if you are not on the ground floor then we will help you within reason but due to health and safety cannot offer this in the service please ring to advise us of either of these. When we arrive we will of course help our customers to site their goods within the house but please make sure that help is available for our driver where appropriate as he or she will be on their own and we cannot accept any liability for damage to customers property during the course of such help.
We recommend that some form of protective covering be laid to protect carpet and flooring, especially during wet weather conditions, to protect from mud and dirt etc.
Charges for deliveries outside the above areas
We can deliver to all UK islands including channel islands but this delivery charge is not included in the price on this website if you would like to arrange this then please select the ‘FLAT RATE’ delivery option in the order process or give us a ring the extra charge is £35. For deliveries to mainland UK please ring 01635 860200 most appliances can be delivered for the price on this website. Any deliveries within the congestion zone will need to ring and advise this and there will be and additional £10 to cover the charge
